Through a very smart simple concept, they work with award-winning TV presenter Ben Fogle to surprise unsuspecting travellers at Manchester airport; brightening their day by paying for regular goods and services, which act as a metaphor for certain insured travel costs that the customer would usually have to pay for up front before claiming back.
